We spent a week with 92 yr old Big Dave, This old cafe (near his home) is one of the filming spots for Landman, they finished season 1 and then this building was painted back to its original white. Now Season 2 is beginning filming and they painted it back to the old cafe!

We gave up vegetable gardening due to heat and low lake levels in Central Texas, but you can still enjoy the space with spring Bluebonnets.

I managed to record three more tunes, each one required a new pedal to create the audio effect I was after.

We took a walk around Lady Bird Lake in Austin with our nephew Josh. He gave us a personal tour highlighting the architecture, bridge design,  and other structures in the central area of Austin that makes Austin Magical.

The number of arches contain astrological connections.

We met Mom, Kendra, and Liv at Memento Mori Cafe for a vegan lunch.

Liv suggested that we drive go to Shoofly For breakfast, I got a vegan macha tea, I chose coconut milk! and several baked things

We stayed in the small apartment upstairs at this Air B&B just 10 minutes walk from Liv's home.

This fast running creek ran through the neighborhood.

The next day we went shopping again at Cargo, something for everyone here.

The neighborhood cat bid us farewell as we left Portland.
