Mercer Island and Luther Burbank Park 10-12/ 2024
Early in 2024 we joined Osteo Strong, known as a "Biohack" to strengthen the skeletal system. During our time in Seattle we drove over to Mercer Island for our weekly Osteo Strong sessions. Mercer Island fills up a large part of the South end of Lake Washington. Fortunately there is a really nice public park located on the North East shore, Luther Burbank Park. We would always drive over to Mercer Island early so that we could get a walk in before our biohack sessions. Long views towards the North provide nearby downtown Bellevue and just the tops of the buildings in Downtown Seattle, The nearby Cascades, and of course of the incredible Lake Washington.
